Enable women to move mountains by starting, leading and sustaining businesses.

For more than half a century, women have entered the work force in droves. In an effort to succeed, hey have often adapted their naturally supportive and collaborative natures to compete in a predominantly masculine business culture – abandoning their authentic selves to, at best, survive in this world. This is particularly true for entrepreneurial women and leaders who are building businesses.
